For more than 20 years we have been researching and authoring in the areas of leadership, engagement and drivers of organizational performance.  Over this time it has become increasingly clear that simply knowing our current paradigm for Safety performance is flawed, doesn't of itself achieve much.  To be effective this understanding needs to be linked with enlightened and committed action.
