Rod Ritchie

Dr. Keith Owen

Keith Owen brings a unique view to the subjects of individual, group and organisational change by bringing to bear his knowledge and experience of physiology and endocrinology, personality and clinical psychology, and neuropsychology (Ph.D. Psychology, University of Texas at Austin), research and quantitative methods, and organizational development. During his career, Dr. Owen has focused on how individuals, teams, and organization can attain and sustain high performance and excellence.

Following completion of his formal education, Dr. Owen served on the Zoology and Psychology faculties at the University of Texas at Austin and later was Dean of the Department of Social and Behavioural Sciences at Austin Community College in Austin Texas. In his role as Dean, he managed over 100 full-time and 300 part-time faculty members who delivered instruction to over 6,000 students a semester. He has also served as a guest faculty member, lecturing in organisational diagnosis and research at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and The Fielding Institute in Santa Barbara, California.

Dr Owen has been a long term consultant within a variety of industries including oil & gas, technology.

 

 

Jennifer Schuiling

  Jennifer Schuiling is a Senior Consultant at Safety Leaders Group. She holds a Diploma of Teaching from the WA Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Physical Education from the University of Western Australia. Mrs Schuiling has spent 20 years in the field of learning and development working with a range of clients from telecommunications, mining, oil & gas, and government. During this time she has focused on organisational development in the areas of leadership and culture change. She brings with her a breadth of understanding in design for learning, survey delivery & feedback processes, project co-ordination and performance through purpose and relationship. Her strategic mindset and genuine, perceptive nature ensure she establishes strong relationships focused on the client’s needs. Jennifer Schuiling believes an open mind and communication are critical to creating innovative solutions in the face of problem solving and decision making. Her passion is to inspire a desire in individuals to recognise and realise their full potential.
