Dr. Keith Owen

 

Keith Owen brings a unique view to the subjects of individual, group and organisational change by bringing to bear his knowledge and experience of physiology and endocrinology, personality and clinical psychology, and neuropsychology (Ph.D. Psychology, University of Texas at Austin), research and quantitative methods, and organizational development. During his career, Dr. Owen has focused on how individuals, teams, and organization can attain and sustain high performance and excellence.

Following completion of his formal education, Dr. Owen served on the Zoology and Psychology faculties at the University of Texas at Austin and later was Dean of the Department of Social and Behavioural oral Sciences at Austin Community College in Austin Texas. In his role as Dean, he managed over 100 full-time and 300 part-time faculty members who delivered instruction to over 6,000 students a semester. He has also served as a guest faculty member, lecturing in organisational diagnosis and research at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and The Fielding Institute in Santa Barbara, California.

Dr Owen has been a long term consultant within a variety of industries including oil & gas, technology.

 

Ron Mundy

 

Mr. Mundy has been working in the field of organizational development and change management, with a focus on applied research for over 30 years. Ron brings a unique perspective to project implementation with a degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas in Austin, and over 30 years of experience including roles in training and development, consulting, and facilitation.

Ron has worked in many major corporations in the U.S, and internationally as well as started-up and run several of his own companies. Mr. Mundy has been directly responsible for the design, implementation, analysis, and reporting of hundreds of research projects both in the US and internationally. He has implemented research for clients in many fields, including manufacturing, high tech, oil and gas, utilities, finance, health care, and public policy. He regularly guest lectures at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) in Melbourne Australia on the topic of conducting organization and customer research. His strengths include data collection methodology design, data interpretation, report development, individual and group interviewing, and training.

 

Frank Falkstein

 

Frank B. Falkstein has been working in the field of marketing management and consulting for over 35 years. He has held senior level marketing positions for major corporations as well as started-up and run several of his own companies.

Falkstein began working in marketing with Federated Department Stores where he was instrumental in developing state of the art (at the time) database marketing programs. Falkstein continued in executive positions with other national retail chains before participating in the start-up and management of a chain of seafood restaurants.

 After selling his interest in the restaurants, Falkstein, along with venture capital partners, started and grew what was to become the largest specialty advertising product manufacturer and distributor in the country, Norwood Promotional Products.

Falkstein sold his interest in Norwood to his venture partners and worked as a marketing consultant and real estate broker/developer for several years. Falkstein then served in various consulting and executive management and marketing capacities with the Bear Creek Corporation (Harry and David Fruit of the Month; Jackson-Perkins Roses) and DIMAC Direct, both large national direct marketing companies. He joined the Lower Colorado River Authority in 2000, specializing in customer service and communications.

He became a principal with Safety Leaders Group in January 2007.

 

Larry Pearson

 

As well as being recognized as a passionate supporter of eliminating workplace injuries, Larry Pearson is a Professional Speaker, Consultant, Coach and Trainer with over 30 years of business expertise.

After college, Mr Pearson spent the early years sharpening his business skills with Fortune 500 Companies like Pitney Bowes, Campbell Soup and Mayne Nickless Transportation.

 He has extensive consulting experiences with a broad range of clients across such industries as finance, energy, petroleum, steel, technologies and more. Mr Pearson is a Professional Member of the International Speakers Federation and a Past President of the Calgary chapter. Pearson has also been awarded the prestigious CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) designation, of which there are less than 600 of, in the world.

As a consultant, coach, trainer and workshop facilitator, Melinda Pearson has over 25 years of front line business experience.

Mrs Pearson has consulted with some of the most recognizable organizations in industries such as transportation, integrated energy, resource drilling, finance and so on, and they have greatly benefited from her passionate yet humorous approach to elevating performance.

 Apart from numerous business successes, Melinda Pearson has been awarded the credentials of Certified Behavioural Analyst (CPBA). This designation signifies that she has achieved the highest level of professional excellence in the application of the DISC Behavioral Instrument.

Dr. Will Guild

 

Dr. Guild received his Ph.D. in Community Social Psychology from Boston College in 1981. Since that time he has provided ongoing research and consulting with private and public organizations. Over the last 25 years Dr. Guild conducted hundreds of employee, customer and public research projects and worked with clients to implement the results of that research for clients from such industries as telecommunications, technology, integrated energy and finance.

Over the last 10 years a major focus if Dr. Guild’s work has been using collaborative processes the increase trust, credibility and information sharing among groups that are often at odds with one another, to identify areas of mutual interests, and to overcome barriers to the successful completion of critical projects.

 

Jennifer Schuiling

 

  Jennifer Schuiling is a Consultant at Safety Leaders Group. She holds a Diploma of Teaching from the WA Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Physical Education from the University of Western Australia. Mrs Schuiling has spent 20 years in the field of learning and development working with a range of clients from telecommunications, mining, oil & gas, and government. During this time she has focused on organisational development in the areas of leadership and culture change. She brings with her a breadth of understanding in design for learning, survey delivery & feedback processes, project co-ordination and performance through purpose and relationship. Her strategic mindset and genuine, perceptive nature ensure she establishes strong relationships focused on the client’s needs. Jennifer Schuiling believes an open mind and communication are critical to creating innovative solutions in the face of problem solving and decision making. Her passion is to inspire a desire in individuals to recognise and realise their full potential.
